METHOD 1…
PROPER CLEANING OF YOUR FOOT DAILY
GOOD SCRUBING OF FOOT WHEN BATHING.
If you know you always do wash your feet rushly when bathing you should stop that now because the feet is also so important while bathing. Many peole only just scrub their leg with soap only when bathing..i will recommend to you to always scrub your feet with spouse and soap, properly washing them so as to remove dead cells and baterials.
TAKE TIME TO DRY YOUR FEET
After bathing or when your nothing sweat on your feet always properly dry them because a wet feet gives fertile ground and strength for baterials to have their way in easily
YOU MAY TRY THE USE OF HAND SANITIZERS AND ANTIPERSPIRANT.
There are so many hand sanitizers and antiperspirant which are used on the palm and underarms that can also br use for your feet..you can also find some product in the market that are for your foot.
When you use Antiperspirant it reacts works with the electrolytes in sweat to form "gel plugs" that block off your sweat ducts..
--use this when you are indoor mostly so as not to be slippery in shoe.
--socking your feet in a solution of 1/2 vinegar, 1/2 water as a way to stay off bad odors. Using of baking soda and thyme oil drops, both of which also help get rid of stinky smells.
POWDER YOUR LEG:
Talcum powder. It's an astringent, so it'll dry out your feet.
BaKing soda. This creates an alkaline environment that's not bacteria-friendly.
Do this between your toes as well. This is what most foot powders and sprays contain to combat foot odor:
STEP 2
Do a tea soak. Soak your feet in tea 30 minutes a day for one week. The tannic acid in the tea will dry out your skin
Use salt water. Apply half a cup of kosher salt for every quart of water. After soaking, don't rinse your feet and just dry thoroughly
Apply aluminum acetate.
This will dry out your feet. Mix 1 packet Domeboro powder or 2 tablespoons Burow's Solution (both available over-the-counter) in 1 pint of water. Soak for 10 to 20 minutes at a time.
Make a baking soda mixture. Apply one tablespoon baking soda for every quart of water. This makes skin more alkaline, which inhibits bacterial growth.
Mix vinegar in water. This makes skin more acidic. Add a 1/2 cup vinegar for every 1 quart of water. R r
Keep in mind that some people's foot odor can be described as "vinegary" so if this is you, this soak might make things worse.
Put baby powder in your shoes. Applying baby powder or baking soda in your shoes and socks will help dry out any future odors.
Clean your feet with a pumice stone on a daily basis. This will remove the dead skin and prevent the bacteria from forming.
STEP 3
FRESHENING YOUR FOOT AND YOUR FOOT-WEARS
Wearing of open-foot wearor scandals
If I wear you I will consider wearing open footwears and or scandal so for air to have a breathing space through the feet and the shoe but I may recommend you wearing shoe like canvas which pump out air , it is rather use during colder months, wear leather or canvas shoes that allow your feet to "breathe." Avoid rubber and plastic shoes because they causes heat which makes the feet wet.
Ensure you change your socks daily.
socks are made to keep thr foot away from the shoe and it is also made to absorb sweat when you waer the and dry the sweat up when you pull them of but ensure you wash them before youput them on the next day
Unless you're wearing open shoes; you should always wear socks. Try two pairs of socks to help with the wicking of moisture away from the foot.
When you wash your socks, turn them inside out in the washer, so the dead flakes of skin have a better chance of being washed away.
Go for absorbent socks made of cotton or wool. Non-absorbent socks (like nylon) trap moisture around your foot, making a cozy little nook for bacteria.
Wash your shoes regularly.
Many shoes can be easily wash or thrown into the machine for wash…But if your shoul are the hard ones …you can easily use wipers to wie them and dry them in a sunny or warm place yfor 24hours
Remove your shoes often.
when you are not in use of the shoe or when you are on break and always try to pull them off and put them in a place where they can easily dryup.
Use a shoe dryer.
Dryers remove moisture from any stuff and nowadays there are a lot of low power and cheap dryers for shoes, ensure you dry up shoe.
