CAUSES OF DRIVING FATIGUE - REASONS WHY YOU GET TIRED WHILE DRIVING

Feeling weak, headache or sleepy and being in  state of fatigue is mostly causes by stress but if these thing happens both when you didn’t stress yourself out then they can be other factors which can causes your state of fatigue when driving especially when driving on a long trip or distance.


Being fatigue is more than feeling sleepy: it makes you feel very tired and it is vitally unsafe hour or very bad to force on a protracted trip if you happen to consider that means.

These have been what had precipitated so much accident over the years; it has brought about many life at risks and had been stated to be the motive of foremost accident.


Driving fatigue is further-harmful and the symptom of it's the cut down capacity in oneself within the level of tiredness and self control force.

when you work for a long hours without much rest or sleep,  this will increase your  your risk of fatigue while driving. we need quality sleep and rest when we do hard work and some other works late in the night .The risk of the lack of quality sleep is said to the causes of sleep disorder which is insomnia or sleep apnoea

Recommendations


        ·         Before driving for a long trip make sure you sleep enough I wi;; recommend have up to 7 to 8 hours uninterrupted sleep before moving


        ·         Always avoid medicine or alcohol that may cause drowsiness doing your drive time


        ·         Eat well balance meals at you normal time and try to avoid fatty food which may attract a drowsy


        ·         Always time yourself as possible as you can, avoid starting a trip immediately  after work, you will be tired already, even though you may not realize it and ensure you don’t drive up to 8 to 10 hours a day


        ·         You may try to share driving if possible, you may travel with a companion who you may  share the driving with anytime you are tired and you may also tell your passenger to tell you when they see a sign of fatigue or tiredness in you.
