An example of a serving of fruits and vegetables could be- a small cup of raw fruit/veg. Consuming fruits and vegetables is very important as it helps increase blood in the body and gives good skin quality.

One of the many mistakes a lot of people make when creating their own healthy eating plan is that they try to alter their entire diet plan all at once and it is not wise. This is one of the reasons why people fail to stick to their new eating plan; they try to go all at once for that big drastic change.

Sugar is dangerous to the health of the body if it is excess used, aside from slot portion of it, the common problem with most people is the amount of added sugar in our food. High sugar consumption causes energy bust and have link to diabetics, depression and it is said to increase high suicidal behavior in young people.
Reducing the amount of chocolate, candy and others is only part of it because sugar is mostly hidden in some food such as bread, cereals, vegetables and many more .
Your body only needs some sugar which is taken naturally from food so extra added ones are just bucks of unwanted calorie.
